The X-Carve Pro has a hard stop installed on the right hand side of its travel along the ball screw. If the jog controls or a toolpath sends the machine too far to the right hand side, the hard stop will catch the carriage and prevent it from damaging itself. This is a safety feature. If the machine becomes stuck, the hard stop is working as intended.
It's easy to remove the carriage from the hard stop. First, you'll want to remove the right side x-axis riser cover. Then using a 19mm wrench, place it over the end cap of the screw drive shaft. Gently turn it counter-clockwise and reverse the x-carriage to move it away from the stuck position.
Once the x-carriage is free, you can try jogging the machine back and forth using Easel.
Alternatively, you could take a rubber mallet and gently tap the gantry a bit to get this unstuck. Make sure you do not hit the spindle cover but rather the x-axis carriage plate.
