The X-Carve Pro will ship via LTL freight in a box (size: 69.09 x 30.11 x 22.64) attached to a pallet.
The X-Carve Pro begins processing and leaves the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Shipping confirmation emails including the tracking information are automatically sent once the shipping process has begun. After the machine has been shipped, the Freight LTL carrier should contact the recipient by phone to schedule the delivery date and a two-hour window.
The delivery includes scheduled delivery and a liftgate service. Please refer to the packing list to ensure you do not leave any components in the crate. The wasteboard can be found under the last section of styrofoam. Since lift gate service is included in the delivery we can conveniently deliver to both residential and commercial addresses and no dock is required.
Any accessories or add-ons in the order will be shipped vid FedEx Ground/Home Delivery on the first available business day.
Important Note: If you need alternative shipping options, such as delivery holds, delays, or special delivery requests, please contact Customer Success prior to making your purchase. Reroutes or holds are not guaranteed once shipments are in transit.
Once in transit, if the carrier must hold a shipment for additional time, you may be responsible for additional hold charges from the carrier.
