To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Success Department at (312) 775-7009 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm CT) or email us at email@example.com. Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not yet shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee a cancelation or a refund of the shipping charges. To cancel a shipped order, the package will have to be intercepted and returned before it can be delivered. Otherwise, we will follow our return process (Do you accept returns?).
We are not obligated to accept any return without a proper RMA. Unauthorized returns will be reshipped to you at your expense. We also reserve the right to impose reasonable handling charges in the event we either accept or reject an unauthorized return, as well as restocking fees as posted on the site or otherwise charged from time to time.
