The switch on the Carvey Smart Clamp is not registering and is defective. This could be due to several issues including faulty wiring, defective smart clamp board or from debris getting stuck inside the clamp and obstructing the switch from functioning properly. Start by cleaning and servicing the smart clamp as outlined here.
If this does not fix the issue you will most likely need to replace the smart clamp. Please contact our support team to request a replacement. Smart Clamps are covered by your limited warranty but subject to the terms outlined in the warranty.
