We cannot add or remove items on orders directly once they have been submitted.
If you want to make a change to or cancel your order before it ships, please contact us (and include the order number) as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel the order so that a new order can be submitted. To find out if your order has been shipped yet, you can go to your Inventables Account and select "Order History".
If your order has already shipped, we can no longer modify the order.
