You can view your order status by logging in and going to your Order History page. A list of your recent orders will appear along with a tracking number if it has been created. If there is no tracking number, this means that your order is still being processed and should ship shortly.
Your order status is automatically updated, so the most recent information available is always there. To see how long your order will take to arrive, click here.
*For X-Carve Pro Preorders, your order will not show up in your order history until it is being prepared for shipment. For X-Carve Pro order status, you can refer to the updates sent via email or contact us directly.
