Your internet provider's DNS service may not support the Easel Driver.

In your computer's network settings, change your DNS server from your internet provider's IP address to another DNS provider's, such as Cloudflare's
1.1.1.1
or Google's8.8.4.4

Alternatively, you can try disabling HTTPS. This allows Easel to connect to the Easel Driver without relying on DNS.
