If you need to update or change the shipping address on an order, please contact us (include order number) as soon as possible. We will help change the address to the correct one if the package has not shipped. In order to catch the order before it ships, it is best to call our support line.
If your package has already shipped, we can have the package sent back to us and resend it to the right address but you would be responsible for the additional charges.
