If you need to update or change the shipping address on an order, please contact us (include the order number) as soon as possible. We will help change the address to the correct one if the order has not yet shipped. In order to catch the order before it ships, it is best to call our support line versus emailing.
If your package has already shipped, we can do our best to have the shipment(s) sent back to us (via return-to-sender) and have your order sent to the correct shipping address. However, to have the order reshipped, you would be responsible for the additional shipping charge. In the event that the order is delivered to the incorrect address, you will need to place the order again and are responsible for the full charge.
