If you're having trouble connecting to your machine, or if you don't see the green power light on the front of the X-Controller, please make sure your e-stop button is fully disengaged before reaching out for further assistance. This quick video shows how to check that your e-stop is fully disengaged on your X-Controller.
This is the most common issue we have people call about, so please check your e-stop if you're having connection problems. Remember, you must twist and pull up on the e-stop for it to fully disengage again; it will not disengage on its own.
If the stepper motors are not receiving power but the green light is lit on your X-Controller, make sure you set the potentiometers on your X-controller electronics board. Make sure to check the micro stepping on the z-axis, too! You can reference this diagram to make sure your potentiometers are sending current to the motors:
