There are a number of reasons why a checkout attempt may fail.
The majority of failed checkouts occur due to incorrect billing information. Please double-check that your billing name, address, and phone number exactly match the ones listed on your bank statement.
Some customers are unable to process an order due to a daily limit or because their bank has prevented the transaction from occurring. For international customers, large foreign transactions are sometimes automatically blocked for security purposes. If you are unsure whether or not your bank imposes these restrictions, please contact them first.
Another common checkout problem stems from browser or connection issues. This can sometimes cause the input fields for the payment information to not display properly, which does not allow for a credit/debit card to be entered at checkout.
If you are unable to see or interact with the 'Credit Card or PayPal' button under 'Choose your Payment Type', it likely is having an issue loading the widget. The input fields for your payment information should be located at the bottom of the checkout page. After clicking those options, it should scroll to the fields to allow you to enter your information.
The image below is what should be displayed when selecting the "Credit Card or PayPal" button.
If you are still having trouble checking out, you can try the following steps:
- Refresh your page (keep track of any SKU numbers in case it empties your cart)
- Clear the cookies on your browser
- Clear your all-time history on your browser
- Disable autofill
- Ensure the browser is up to date
- Use an alternative browser altogether (Firefox and Chrome seem to work best)
- Restart your computer
