Easel Cabinetmaker | Design:
Now you are ready to design a cabinet or room. In this tab, there are two toolbars. The toolbar on the left allows you to adjust the size of the room you are designing and add cabinets to the walls.
The right-hand toolbar functions as the design editor, and when a single cabinet is selected, the cabinet design editor.
In the room view, you will be able to edit the features of all the cabinets.
These features include:
- The Construction tab allows you to adjust the assembly style, top panel style, toe kick, and cabinet back style.
- The Material tab allows you to adjust the material the cabinets are made of as well as the thickness of that material.
- The Finishes tab allows you to adjust the cabinet finish to more accurately reflect the finished design.
- The Front tab allows you to adjust the door style, top drawer height, drawer reveals, and door reveals.
In the cabinet view, you will be given more options to adjust cabinet-specific options.
These options include:
- The Box tab allows you to edit the dimensions of your selected cabinet.
- The Front tab allows the front type, door style, door swing direction, door hinge, and pull style to be edited.
- The Shelves tab adjusts the number of shelves the cabinet has as well as the number of shelves that are produced in the design. You can also opt to add shelf pin holes to the sides of the cabinet.
- The Back tab allows you to add an offset to the cabinet back and enable or disable stretchers.
