We understand the importance of effectively communicating and sharing your cabinet designs with clients and collaborators throughout multiple stages of the design process.
To share your design with a client, simply select the “Share” option in the top right-hand corner of your open design. When you click on the generated link, it will automatically be copied and ready for sharing:
When you are sharing your design, you are sharing it in “Presentation View”. This means that you are sharing an interactive 3D rendering for clients and other collaborators for their review. A design shared via the link can be viewed without an Easel account. If the viewer does have an Easel account, they will be able to successfully leave comments.
While in presentation view, via the icons in the lower right-hand side of the design, viewers can:
- Rotate the design f to see a full 360 view
- Zoom in and out on the current view
- Reset the 3D view to get back to center
- Download an image preview of the current view
- Show/Hide Gaps and Wireframe of each cabinet
- Leave comments
What viewers cannot do is make any changes to the design itself.
Here is how presentation view will be received, how interactive tools can be used, and how/where comments can be added:
Zoom in/out, Reset 3D:
Download an image preview of the current view, Show/Hide Gaps and Wireframe of each cabinet:
Leave comments:
Comments that are left by your clients and/or collaborators will then show on your design(you may need to refresh your design for comments to generate). To view comments, select the dialogue icon to the left of the "Share" option. You can also reply back and work on any changes that may have been requested:
